Woodlands is a collection of 146 homes in Norwich. The proposal is a combination of customisable homes, market housing, affordable housing and supported living apartments. The scheme is formed from a series of staggered row houses of 2-3 storeys which create a collection of loose streets and landscape courtyards, inspired by Alms House typologies with all landscape areas being shared.

The site sits partially within an existing forest with larger areas of dense trees and a pond to the north (Thorpe Woods). Historically, the site (known as Woodlands) developed from a large house within the Thorpe St. Andrew area, changing gradually over time into the collection of buildings which occupy the site today.
